Rates include:

• shipping supplies, bubble wrap, postage & USPS Tracking.

• We are currently experiencing difficulties with the Shipping Calculator - We will calculate shipping manually, and if the value is greater than $1 - we will gladly refund the difference to you!

Time:

• Please expect 3-5 business days to receive your package in the U.S. once the order has shipped.

• On some occasions (such as Holidays or special events), it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.  Please plan accordingly.

• An absolute guarantee on delivery dates CANNOT BE MADE - even with Priority Shipping. We are happy to give you a general estimate, but once your item has shipped, we solely rely on USPS to make the final delivery. We will do everything we can to get your item to you on time.

• Need your order within two weeks? We recommend upgrading to Priority mail at checkout.

• Need it within a week? Please order with a RUSH! Note: this may incur additional shipping charges to meet your deadline.

• PLEASE allow for enough time when ordering! 

 

Production Time:

• Some handmade and custom items in the Shop require Time to Produce.  Please be aware of this when ordering. 

• Leaving a "need by" date does NOT guarantee delivery by that date if production time does not allow it. This simply allows us to help plan and direct our customers when appropriate.
